Gandi -

We are experiencing connectivity issue between Orange network and Gandi network.

Connection from Orange are slow and/or unstable.

We are working to resolve this probleme as soon as possible.

EDIT 10/04 : everything is back to normal since 09/04.

Gandi -

We have been experiencing a DDOS attack since 11:50 PM CET March 20. The web site has had issues with login and response times. We will update this news item as appropriate. 

March 22 23;30 Attack is over. We are back to normal operation. 

Gandi -

We actually got an heavy load on our infrastructure. Web redirection service is actually on degraded mode.

An incident is currently underway on our blog platform and our team is working on the problem. We will have more information for your shortly.

Gandi -

We are currently experiencing issues with webmail authentication.  Our teams are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible.  This issue does not impact reception of your emails, but only accessing them.

Update 29/02/2012:  13:30 GMT:  The issue has been stabilised since the end of the afternoon yesterday.  We are nevertheless working on the platform to avoid furture recurrence of this issue.

Gandi -

We have a temporary emergency halt on the hosting storage system (filers).  We recommend that you do NOT attempt to restart your server.  The impacted servers should recover in the next few minutes.  We will update you with further information as soon as possible.

 

[edit 00:00] The services are fully restored as of 21:20 CET. Most users were back to nominal function before 19:30, but some took longer to start. Identifiable blocked systems were managed and restarted manually. Please restart your services if they are still unavailable at this time, and contact support if your server is not available and cannot be restarted.

Gandi -

One of our mail filers has experienced a failure of its network interface card, impacting 800 mailboxes.  Our engineers are on site to replace the defective card, and the service should be operational in the next couple of hours.

 

We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Due to a fibre cut between Telehouse2 and Equinix in Paris, some Gandi services are disrupted.  We are attempting to mitigate as much as possible, but some services are dependent on this inter-site connectivity.  Our fibre suppliers are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

 

14:00 CET (13:00 GMT): Connectivity has been restored.

Gandi -

One of our older generation storage systems encountered a fault.  Our teams are on site investigating.  We recommend that customers refrain from issuing start/stop/restart operations if their servers are unresponsive during this incident.  The customer servers will regain access to their disks after the fault has been resolved.

Gandi -

One of our transit suppliers has scheduled emergency maintenance during the night of 24 to 25 November, starting at 23:00 GMT and ending at 02:00 GMT.  During this maintnenance, the Gandi network may experience some instability for up to an hour.
