    We will be performing schedule maintenance for a software upgrade on our edge routers on Monday 16 August from 00:00 to 03:00 GMT.

  • DNS Zone Updates Interrupted

    Due to a technical issue, DNS zone updates are not being processed since midday.

  • Payment incident (over)

    Our bank experienced an order validation problem this weekend.

  • Incident on Gandimail, availability of some mailbox

    We have encountered an issue with one of the GandiMail filers. A limited number of customers may be unable to access their mailboxes on the affected filer from yesterday evening at 8h24 PM. Our technical team worked to resolve the issue yesterday evening but a forgotten configuration defect was only fixed today at 1h20 PM.

    The service is now fully functional. Emails from the night are currently being delivered to these mailbox.

    We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this abnormally long incident.

  • Gandi Mail update

    As a result of increasing levels of misuse of our Gandi Mail service, we are obliged to take immediate measures to protect not only our infrastructure, but also the integrity and quality of the Gandi Mail service for all of our customers.

  • Gandi Mail Maintenance (Completed)

    We have encountered an issue with one of our mailbox filers.  Maintenance is underway to correct the issue. A minority number of users may experience disruption of mail service during this maintenance.

  • Network incident! (fixed)

    Domain name operations have been temporarily suspended due to a network incident.

  • Incident on Network Equipment 26 Feb 2010

    This evening at 18:46 CET a line card in one of our distribution switches suffered a hardware failure.  Some Gandi services will have been parially impacted by this outage, and will have been running in degraded capacity.
