There’s a beast inside us all that goes by the name “Ego,” and it’s a hungry beast. Some say it’s best to starve the poor creature but we think it’s perfectly okay to throw it a little scrap now and then. Use that shop window as a mirror to see how good you look. Take a selfie. Google yourself. Plant a recording device in your office so you know what your coworkers are saying about you behind your back.

And, from March 1 through March 14, 2016 at 11:59 PM UTC, you can nourish that hungry animal inside you with a  .me domain for only $4.00 per year (normally $14.40 per year at A rates). Because you’re worth it.

From March 1 through March 31, 2016 at 11:59 PM UTC, .online domains will be available for just $4.99 per year.

We made our first steps online almost fifty years ago now with the birth of Arpanet, and since then, we have steadily increased our online activity. Now you can shop online, buy online, bank online and pay taxes online.

We each have online profiles, an online presence, those of us who are single date online, we find our homes online and the furniture to furnish them and then sit in them streaming movies online, gaming online and gambling online.

The Internet of Things will bring our refrigerators and bookshelves and pets online and one glorious day in the near future a USB-to-IV-drip device will be invented to inject nutrients into our bloodstreams at a rate of 480 megabits per second.

We have come so far online but there so much further to advance into that bright online future.

Normally, .online domains go for $12.00 per year at A rates, so this is the perfect chance to get on line with .online before that bright future comes ... well, online.

Are you .online?

Dear Gandi customer,

This is the critical moment. Today, March 1, eleven or twelve states, depending on your perspective, are voting in the primaries to select the next president of the United States.

It’s time to send a message to the elites in Washington and on Wall Street: we’re here to take this country back!

Our opponents are going to raise your taxes. Our opponents are going to cut protections of everyday working families. Our opponents are going to let our enemies invade our country and then they will lock us in an endless military quagmire in the Middle East.

And how are they going to do all this? By putting the government in charge. By handing out tax breaks to millionaires and billionaires who have rigged the economy against the people. By increasing wasteful spending and cutting funding to vital programs that work to keep working people out of poverty.

That’s why we have a plan.

But we need your help. From now until March 7 only, get a  .democrat domain for just $25.00 per year rather than the usual $32.49 at A rates or if that doesn't work for you, take a sensible approach to spending with a .republican domain for $25.00 per year (normally $38.34 at A rates).

Unfortunately, our handlers tell us we can’t buy your vote. But you can buy our .vote for $50.00 per year, one dollar per state (normally $95.34 at A rates).

Y para los latinos, pueden comprar dominios .voto por solo $50.00 por año (normalmente $95.34 en tarifas A).

But you must act quickly before the enemies of freedom destroy the progress we have made. These deals are only available from March 1 through March 7, 2016 at midnight PST.

We’re Gandi.net and we approve this message.

We'll level with you: .com, .net, .io, don’t get us wrong, we love these TLDs. They’re classics. That said, it’s really hard to resist .tech right now. Not only is it a killer TLD for all things tech (which hardly needs to be said), but from now, February 15 through March 14, 2016, .tech domains will be available for just $4.99 each.

It’s almost hard to believe. You could buy ten .tech domains for the price you’d normally pay for just one.

It’s like finding a 1-bedroom in the Mission in San Francisco that rents for $300 a month. It's unbelievably low. Impossibly low. You just can’t pass that up.

Click

It’s the sound of a pen, of a light switching on (or off), of a knob going up that extra notch. It can also be the sound of a beetle, of toenails on tile floor, or even a discreet phoneme in some languages.

The sound of the future starts with a click on the 24 track, an idea can click, and of course, you can click your mouse.

Fan now, from February 1 through June 30, 2016.click the only TLD devoted to an onomatopoeia, is on sale for $3.62 per year (normally $12.41 at A rates).

Also on sale for $4.21 per year (normally $14.42 at A rates) is .link. And where would we be clicking if it weren’t for links? And just like click, a link can be just as many things: an internet link, a link to the past, a link of sausage, or a link on a golf course.

Register a domain under one of these TLDs?:

.tld

Before the more than 1,200 new niche gTLDs like .beer, .coffee, .ninja, and .space, there were only just super generic TLDs like .com, .org, .net and country-specific ones like .us, .fr, and .co.uk. Back then, if you wanted a cool TLD, you had to get creative.

And thus, a crop of unintentionally significant domains became popular: .mx (the ccTLD for Mexico, but also short for “mail”), .io (the ccTLD for the British Indian Ocean Territory but also “Input/Output”) and .pw (the ccTLD for the Republic of Palaos, but also “professional web” or “password”).

Well, this month, we’re going old-school this month by offering the latter, .pw, for just $0.99 per year (it’s normally $10.00 per year at A rates), from February 1 through February 29, 2016 at 2:59 PM PST. And while .pw does stand for "password", your .pw domain doesn't have to be secret.

What's your .pw?

.pw

Gandi is no huge, multi-national corporation. And maybe it's just because we’re an Internet company, but despite that, we’ve always been aware that the little things we do in our community, locally, can have a big impact, globally.

In fact, it's probably because we’re not a behemoth organization that we can appreciate this nuance.

Well, from February 1 until February 29 at 2:59 PM PST, (23:59 Paris or Luxembourg time, 6:59 AM Taiwan time) .global domains, a TLD with a worldwide scope, will be available for $20.00 per year. These domains normally cost $95.34 per year at A rates, so all together that comes to about 70% off.

This promotion is for those with the vision to think globally. But we don’t see why it can’t be for those who act locally as well. And in our experience, the two go hand in hand.

Think .global?
